This week’s theme in the Toddler room was frogs. In circle time we sang “Five little Speckled Frogs” and read the book Jumpy, Green, and Croaky What Am I, by Moira Betterfield. The toddlers really enjoyed our frog projects, especially painting their frogs green.
Words to five little speckled frogs
Five little speckled frogs
Sat on a speckled log
Eating some most delicious grub
yum yum
One jumped into the pool
Where it was nice and cool.
Then there were four green speckled frogs.
(repeat until all of the frogs are in the pond)
