“X” is for xylophone (April 28th – May 2nd)
This week we learned about the alphabet “x” along with its phonic sound. Our kids also traced the letter “x” on sand paper letter. They learned some words like xylophone, x-ray (starting with alphabet “x”), fox, box, ox (ending with the alphabet x).
We colored the picture of a xylophone. We had a wonderful music class with xylophone this week. They learned about the eight different octaves present in a xylophone.
Next week, we will be working with a special craft for “Mothers’ Day”.
Our goal: This week our goal was to give them some knowledge about musical instruments.
